Growing up in beautiful Caldwell New Jersey I began weight training seriously when I was 14 years old. It became clear to me during my teenage years that fitness was a passion of mine and something I would like to pursue in my future. Due largely to my early start with weight training, I became an all county and all conference football player at Caldwell during my high school years

At 18 years old I took on my first fitness related job at a private gym in Roseland New Jersey while I was taking college courses

After working the front desk and taking people through consultations and first workouts, my personal training journey had already begun

During the 1990s, I was in full swing as a trainer and nutrition coach. I worked at a couple dozen different gyms and private personal training facilities all over northern New Jersey during that decade

Since starting my own business and becoming independent of any facility, I am a fully dedicated and passionate fitness and nutrition coach empowering individuals to transform their lives through sustainable health and wellness. I blend evidence based science with personalized coaching to help you meet your unique goals. Whether you’re seeking weight loss, fat loss, muscle gain, strength, higher self-confidence, or improved overall vitality, I create tailored programs that fit your lifestyle and inspire lasting change. Fun Facts About Me

During college I lived in Rhode Island  for a year and a half. Our house was 3 blocks from the beach

Over my career, I have completed approximately 40,000 personal training and nutritional counseling sessions. I consider every one of them a blessing

The last job I had not related to fitness was: picking up donations for the Hudson County Police department… way back in 1993
