I have been a client of Ted’s for several years. When I started, I was in my late 50’s and had chronic low back pain with a Family history of osteoporosis. I was also over weight and Tired a lot. My partner and I work out twice a week. And now I am at my ideal weight. My back rarely bothers me. Recent X-rays at my Chiropractor showed two very significant things, First my spinal alignment and curves have come back to almost perfect position and secondly there is absolutely no sign of osteoporosis. In fact by bone density test show I have the bones of a twenty-eight year old. My chiropractor admits that the significant reason for my results is my core workouts and strength training.
