Why Personal Training?
Working with a personal trainer is the fastest, safest, and most effective way to get in shape.
Because body image, confidence, self-esteem, energy, and general health are integral to quality of life and to improve in any of these areas, we need knowledge and action, both of which personal training provides.
Because having an appointment with a personal trainer makes you 70% more likely to work out as opposed to working out on your own.
When you need car repair, you go to a certified mechanic. If your house needs wiring, you call an electrican. When you need medical attention, you see a doctor. Fitness is no different. You need to see a personal trainer for all of your exercise and fitness needs.
So whether your goals are weight loss, fat loss, muscle toning, increased energy levels, increased confidence, flexibility, core training, cardiovascular, or specialized nutrition, Ted Hale Personal Training is here to help you reach your goals.
In the News
According to a study published in The Lancet, exercise for only 15 minutes a day can lengthen your lifespan by three years when compared to inactivity. The benefit observed among the exercisers was applicable to all age groups, both sexes, and those with cardiovascular disease risk.
Those who engaged in low-volume exercise (15min/day) had lower death rates than inactive people regardless of health status, tobacco use, or alcohol consumption.
If this is what 15 minutes can do, imagine what an hour with a Personal Trainer can do!
